Physicals/Athletic Screening - Price Change
The SPORT Clinic performs a basic health screening for athletes wishing to participate in athletic or recreational activities. No appointment is necessary during the scheduled hours of 7-8 am and 12-1 pm Monday through Friday.
The cost is $20.00 (cash only) but will increase to $30.00 on September 1, 2010. Other times are available through Select Care (951-274-3540) for a cost of $35.00.
Donation to your school
If the physicals are completed during the 7-8 am or the 12-1 pm sessions, a percentage of the proceeds will be donated back to your school's athletic department

Medic First Aid Training Programs by EMP International

The Annual All Star Football Classic
For the 26th consecutive year, the brightest football players from the Inland Empire will be showcased underneath the lights to help raise awareness and assistance for the SPORT Foundation and its many youth programs
The 26th Annual SPORT Foundation Inland Empire All-Star Classic Presented by Community Medical Group of Riverside and The Press-Enterprise is a charity event featuring top senior football players selected from more than 100 high schools throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. This year’s game will be held on Saturday, January 8th, 7:00 p.m. at Corona High School in the city of Corona. More Information...
CIF Wrestling Certification BMI/Hydration Testing
The SPORT Clinic has CIF Certified Assessors that perform the Bioelectrical Impedance assessment needed to compete for high school. The times for this test are 6am-8am and 12noon-1pm, with a cost of $10.00. If an athlete needs to have a physician clearance due to the body fat percentage level falling below the minimum, the cost for this is $25.00. The hours the physician is available are 7am - 8am and 12noon – 1pm.
