There will also be a player’s award and dinner banquet provided by The SPORT Foundation. Parents, Friends and Relatives may attend and purchase their own dinner. The SPORT Foundation

“Follow the path that leads towards greatness”

Is a non-profit 501 ©(3) organization, established in 1986 to fill the sports medicine needs of the Inland Empire. By developing programs that provide accessible sports medicine, education and health care, we are dedicated to making a difference with the young athletes of the Inland Empire. Of the many goals the SPORT Foundation pursues, providing quality health care to children participating in sports is our primary concern. This is accomplished in many different ways. First, by establishing a sports medicine facility that is known and trusted in the community. Staffed with the best sports medicine professionals, the athletes, coaches and parents can feel confident with the care they receive. Since injuries happen on the playing field, coordinating medical coverage is also of great importance. Lastly, educating the professionals that care for the athletes ensures that the information that health care providers have is never outdated. We are proud of The SPORT Foundation and the programs we have developed. With your support and that of the community we can continue to help our youth to follow the path that leads towards greatness.
